Athletic Department Philosophy
The primary commitment of the Forest Hill Athletic department is to provide an opportunity for student-athletes to fully develop their academic and athletic potential. We strive to build each student through the positive values of athletics, including school spirit, sportsmanship, teamwork, cooperation, and competition, to become better citizens and leaders in the community.

Requirements to Play
To try out or play for a high school team, you must have the following things completed:
- A hard copy of the athletic packet and physical must be completed (including notarized forms) and uploaded or turned in to the coach. (Forms are also available on the District Athletics website.
- You must have $10 of the $75 insurance fee paid to try out. (this fee is non-refundable). All fees will be paid online by setting up an account at schoolcashonline.com
- The following NFHS online courses must be completed:
- All paperwork, fees and courses must be turned in two weeks before tryouts
