Student Parking Pass Instructions

IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ON A DAY THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN YOUR ACTUAL DAY, YOUR NAME WILL BE PUT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST FOR THE APPROVED DAY AND TIME.
GOOGLE FORM WILL GO OUT ON JULY 27th @ 8 A.M.
The schedule for submitting parking applications online is as follows:
Monday, July 27, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
OJT, Dual Enrollment Students, and Senior Privilege
(All paperwork must be completed and proof of start date to be cleared by Guidance Counselor prior to issuance of a parking permit.)
Tuesday, July 28, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
SENIORS
Wednesday, July 29, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
JUNIORS
Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
SOPHOMORES
To qualify for and maintain a Forest Hill Community HIgh School parking permit all parking policies, procedures and rules must be adhered to throughout the school year.
Please read carefully and make sure you understand ALL of the rules and policies as they pertain to your privilege to park on campus.
All students must:
- Must have a minimum of 20 Community Service Hours (reflected in SIS)
- You will need to fill out Form 1974 and have it notarized. This form will be uploaded to the Google Form that will be sent out on August 1st.
- Have no obligations, including textbooks, and must be cleared before a pass can be issued.
- Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
- To Maintain your decal you can not have more than 10 unexcused absences and/or 10 tardies during any semester.
- Adhere to the student code of conduct. Parking privileges are based on students’ academic standing, attendance, and behavior as per School District Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in loss of parking privileges.
You will also be asked to upload:
- Vehicle Registration
- Proof of Insurance
- Driver’s License (No Permits Allowed)
- Form 1974
